The Steel Warehouse Apprenticeship Program is a paid, hands-on training program that gives you the skills, credentials, and career foundation to build a long-term future in manufacturing… right here at Steel Warehouse. You earn a full wage while you train, learn from experienced mentors on the job, and finish with a nationally recognized credential.

What You Get
- Earn from day one. After completing your probationary period, you receive full pay and benefits as a permanent employee.
- No education costs. No tuition bills. Steel Warehouse covers all training costs.
- Nationally recognized credentials. Complete the program in 3-4 years and receive a nationally-recognized Certificate of Completion from the Department of Labor as a Millwright or Laser Technician.
- Flexible, online learning. Option to complete coursework on your own schedule through Tooling U-SME’s self-paced online platform. Training that fits your work and life.
- One-on-one mentorship. Apprentices are paired with Steel Warehouse professionals who guide your on-the-job training.
