Structural Plate
These grades are for general use where higher strength permits reduction in gross design weight because smaller cross sections can be specified provided suitable design and fabrication practices are followed.
Structural plate grades offer high strength, weldability, and good toughness at low atmospheric temperatures.
Typical applications include tower and building members, transportation equipment, crane parts, mixers, and oil patch equipment.
